I had a concept in mind for a steel home and Totalspan Whangarei had been recommended.

With expert guidance from Irish, we came up with a design that fitted the site, my brief and budget. The fun part for sure! In fact Totalspan ensured the design, working drawings and Council consent processes were all relatively pain free.

No build is without its challenges though and we had a few gnarly ones - none the result of Totalspan's work; in fact their team were amazingly proactive in helping with solutions. Their team also rose to the added challenges of working with my appointed subcontractors.

What we have ended up with is a home that has surpassed our vision and expectations, that we absolutely love living in. I believe this is down to a team that understood and trusted my initial concept, then used their collective expertise to bring it to fruition.
