Welcome to Totalspan Far North servicing the Far North in the following areas: Kaitaia, Ahipara, Taupo Bay, Mangonui, Hihi, Doubtless Bay, Awanui, Waipapakauri, Pukenui, Mangamuka, Houhora to the Cape.

Let us introduce ourselves – we are Andrew and Yvonne Eason - the owners and operators of the Far North Franchise of Totalspan - located in Kaitaia. We handle the supply of all Totalspan products North of Otangaroa Road (North of Kaeo) in the east, and North Hokianga in the west right through to the Cape.

Our display site and office is situated at 138 North Road, Kaitaia, on the north end of the Kaitaia township. We are on site every weekday and are available by appointment.

Just contact our office and we are more than willing to phone and organise to meet and discuss your next shed at a time and day that suits you.

Andrew is well known in the building industry and has a wide knowledge of the Totalspan buildings systems. Andrew is the person to see for quotations, queries and general information on all your shed and future shed requirements.

Yvonne is the administration and accounts side of the business and can assist with any queries about the Totalspan range.

Barnhomes are not available in the Far North area.

So how do you plan for your next building?

The most common question we receive is “Where are your pricelists?”

The simple answer to that is “We don’t have one - as we make the building to suit you and your lifestyle”

Many people are unaware that we here at Totalspan customise EVERY building to suit each individual client’s location, budget and needs. Every building is unique, just like a fingerprint.

When a client enquires about a building with us we start with a basic idea, then start drawing a simple plan for their future building.

Begin with a rectangle shape then think about the length, width & height you may need. Then we can add the roller/sectional doors (with or without auto openers), add windows, doors, translucent sheet etc. It’s from here we get a starting plan for your future shed/garage/man cave or boat storage building.

We can supply flat pack kitsets made to your design that you can erect yourself or leave the entire project for us to handle for you, starting from the initial siteworks, concrete slab, to the fully erected building and we can handle the local council building consent process for you. Let us do the work for you!
