Errol, a Licensed Building Practitioner, boasts an impressive 45 years in the building trade. Diane contributes over 40 years of business and administration expertise. Together, we form a dynamic team committed to providing you with the best solution, service, and product available.
We offer free, no-obligation quotes, which include an on-site consultation. During this process, both Errol and Diane actively participate in the sales journey, providing professional advice, extensive knowledge, and invaluable experience.
From concept to completion, we can manage all aspects of your project. This includes handling your building consent application, preparing the concrete pad as well as overseeing the construction of your building. We provide the flexibility to work with either your own trusted sub-contractors, or you can use ours. They can quote you directly for site-works, sand pads, electrical and plumbing requirements.
Quality control is of utmost importance to us, and we implement stringent checks at various stages of the build process. This ensures that your project progresses smoothly, without compromising on the high standards of workmanship we uphold. Our building team are highly experienced professionals who are known for their efficiency, expertise, and attention to detail, regardless of the size of the job.
At Totalspan East Waikato, we take pride in our commitment to upholding Health & Safety regulations. Since 2011, we have been a HAZARDCO member, providing site-specific Health and Safety systems for all our clients' projects. Rest assured, your safety and well-being are paramount to us.

We back this up with a 25-year Structural Guarantee, and a 5-year Workmanship Guarantee (if constructed by Totalspan).
