Totalspan Central Otago is proudly owned by Jason McLachlan.
The Display is located at 50 McNulty Road, Cromwell. The office block is made from a 7.5m portal, with garaport, garage, and verandah attached. Our onsite building display consists of a 9m and 15m portal shed, two utility sheds, a 6 x 6 carport, a Farm Building and an almost completed Summerfield Barnhouse to complement our range. Please come in and view this fantastic range to get a great understanding of your new building.
Jason has had many management positions in his career. Before Totalspan, he held the position of Invercargill Manager for Steel & Tube – NZ’s largest Steel Distribution Company, and prior to that, owned his own construction business in Western Australia, building steel framed houses and commercial buildings throughout the WA region with a crew of about 15 employees. This enabled Jason to fine tuning his Project Management skills as well as continued formal training in this area.
Jason believes in continuous improvement and upskilling to keep ahead of the many changes within our industry and also place an enormous emphasis on Health & Safety and staff training.
Our 8 men building team is led by Ross, with Ross completing his apprenticeship with Totalspan Central Otago. The expertise of this team, makes sure your building is constructed to the quality you deserve. We also employ all the necessary sub-contractors if required for your project, all of whom we have worked with for considerable time, so their performance is guaranteed.
