Terms and Conditions

1. Each Totalspan franchise is separately owned and operated, and sets its own pricing. The prices offered by each franchise may differ from those shown. Pricing may vary to those shown in advertising, including due to wind Terrain Category, wind speed or snow load, fluctuations in the cost of materials, and council or engineering requirements. Prices shown are for kitset only delivered to the nearest Totalspan freight yard. Excludes Barnhouse, WiderSpan and Axxis Steel Framed products. Vehicles and accessories are not included. Excludes door installation. All prices include GST of 15%.
   
   
2. All buildings are engineered and priced as Importance Level One buildings, Terrain Category 2, Design Windspeed 37.31m/s as per AS/NZS1170. Site specific requirements due to location may incur additional costs, as may commercial or lined buildings to meet the design standard’s criteria for Importance Levels Two, Three or Four structures. All building dimensions are nominal.
   
   
3. Subject to the building consent exemptions contained in the Building Act 2004. Buildings which do not require building consent must still comply with other legislative requirements including the Building Code, Resource Management Act 1991, the Electricity Act 1992 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Resource consent and/or other consents or permits may be required. Totalspan gives no warranty as to whether or not any particular building will require building consent.
   
   
4. Check with your local Totalspan Franchise for the exact dimensions and specifications of each building. Totalspan endeavours to ensure that the information contained in this advertising, including images, is correct but does not accept any liability for error, omission or differences with a finished product. As Totalspan is continuously improving its products it reserves the right to alter/modify/change the specification of its products at any time without notice.

Totalspan Hamilton & East Waikato - Movember Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview:
   Totalspan Hamilton and Totalspan East Waikato will collectively donate to the Movember Foundation to support men’s health for every building purchased from Totalspan Hamilton or Totalspan East Waikato during the month of November 2024 in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Promotion Period:
   The promotion runs from 1st November 2024 to 30th November 2024.
3. Donation Details:
   A donation will be made for each new contract signed to purchase a building from Totalspan Hamilton or Totalspan East Waikato during November 2024.
   The donation will be paid directly by Totalspan Hamilton and East Waikato to the Movember Foundation.
4. Exclusions:
   Buildings purchased during the 'October Steel A Deal' promotion are excluded from this promotion.
   This promotion will not be combined with any other ongoing offer or promotion unless explicitly agreed in writing.
   If an eligible contract is cancelled or voided, Totalspan Hamilton and Totalspan East Waikato shall have absolute discretion to withhold the donation for such contract.
5. Promotion Changes and Cancellation:
   Totalspan Hamilton and East Waikato reserve the right to amend, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time in their absolute discretion.
6. Defined Terms
   Movember Foundation means Movember Foundation New Zealand Registered Charity no. number CC51320.

   Totalspan Hamilton means Brendean Ventures Limited T/a Totalspan Hamilton and King Country.
   Totalspan East Waikato means Jedd Holdings Limited T/a Totalspan East Waikato.

Totalspan Counties - Steel A Meal Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview:
   The "STEEL A MEAL" promotion offers customers a chance to win a $200 restaurant voucher each month. A winner will be drawn from customers who commit to building with Totalspan Counties within the month by signing a contract and paying the first deposit.
2. Eligibility:
   a) The promotion is open to customers who sign a contract and make the first deposit with Totalspan Counties within the respective month.
   b) Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Totalspan Counties are not eligible.
   c) Only one entry per contract/project.
3. Entry Conditions:
   a) A customer’s name will be entered into the draw once their contract is signed, and the first deposit is paid in full within the promotion period.
   b) The promotion period runs from the 1st day to the last day of each calendar month.
4. Prize Details:
   a) The monthly prize is a $200 voucher for a local restaurant near the winner’s location.
   b) The voucher will be awarded during the handover of the completed building to the customer.
5. Draw Process:
   a) The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of each month.
   b) The draw will be conducted by a representative of Totalspan Counties.
   c) The winner will be notified within 5 business days of the draw via phone or email.
6. Prize Conditions:
   a) The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
   b) If the winner is unable to accept the voucher, it will be forfeited, and a new winner may be drawn.
7. Customer Obligations:
   a) The prize will only be awarded upon the successful completion and handover of the building.
   b) If the contract is cancelled for any reason, the customer will no longer be eligible for the prize.
8. Promotion Changes and Cancellation:
   a) Totalspan Counties reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
   b) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Totalspan Counties may offer an alternative prize of equal value.
9. Publicity:
   a) By participating in the promotion, the winner agrees to allow Totalspan Counties to use their name and photo for promotional purposes, including on social media, unless they explicitly decline in writing.
10. Liability:
    Totalspan Counties is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or using the prize.
11. Privacy:
    All personal information collected for the purposes of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Totalspan’s privacy policy.
